Project Estimator / Estimador/a de Proyectos (Santiago)

Job Summary

This position will manage a team to develop estimates for projects with many stakeholders. Providing key technical leadership and direct input to proposals, strategic plans, client presentations, and contract negotiations. The leadership and expertise will ensure that deliverables are within scope, performed at a low cost, and consistent with the proposal budget.

Major Responsibilities

• Leading estimate development for estimates at a low to moderate financial or reputational risk level.
• Developing, presenting, and maintaining Project Estimate Plan(s) specific to estimating efforts.
• Developing estimate schedule of activities.
• Monitoring progress and overseeing overall estimate development.
• Creating estimate review/basis packages and assuring that they are completed as per approved procedures.
