Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical / Materials Engineering graduate to work on an Accelerated Knowledge Transfer Partnership (AKTP) collaborative project with Viltra Ltd and Southern Regional College (SRC) for a short-term placement aimed at improving product sustainability and reducing manufacturing costs.
With support from Innovate UK, Southern Regional College, and a dedicated AKTP Associate, Viltra aims to explore the adoption of recycled materials, alternative manufacturing processes, and product design optimisation.
This is a full time temporary position for 3 months. Closing date for applications is Friday 24th July 2026 at 12noon.
