Job Summary
Lead and coordinate engineering projects and work packages from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and engineering standards. Manage project scope, schedule, risks, actions, and deliverables to ensure commitments are achieved on time and within budget. Serve as the primary focal point between Engineering, Program Management, and other stakeholders. Coordinate engineering activities related to product development, sustaining engineering, engineering changes, customer requests, and technical issue resolution. Support and monitor Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), Design Change Requests (DCRs), Quality Notifications (QNs), and other engineering workflow processes.
