Project Engineer SR (Industrial Engineer) – Work Mode: Onsite, Location: Juarez, Reciente León, México

Under the supervision of the Project Specialist /CIC, this position is responsible for implementing manufacturing processes and continuous improvement projects that increase efficiency and productivity while reducing waste and cost.

• Implement manufacturing processes and continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and productivity while reducing waste and cost.
• Improve working conditions using engineering techniques; update standard times for all activities in production areas; perform 5 “s” audits; follow up on KOS savings.
• Conduct cycle‑time, worker‑effort, and inventory‑reduction activities; floor improvement; and waste elimination using the 7‑waste reduction forms.
• Analyze process conditions related to space, layouts, lighting, breaks, manpower, tools, and equipment.
