Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer - Salary up $8,100
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, design, and oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering works for building services projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare technical specifications, tender documentation, and review engineering and construction drawings.
- Conduct technical evaluations of tender submissions and prepare comprehensive tender evaluation reports.
- Coordinate and participate in technical, design, and progress meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors.
- Supervise project execution, monitor site progress, and identify any non-compliance or deviations from project specifications and quality standards.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support project and departmental objectives.
