- Monitor site and coordinate works of sub-contractors
- Ensure all workers implement and follow Project Rules & Regulations, Safety Rules & Regulations & Work Instruction
- Ensure site works are according to drawings, contract specifications and work schedule
- Attend valuation of progress claim (site measurement) with subcontractor
- Verify the subcontractors’ claim
- Conduct HIRARC and handle Health & Safety, Quality Assurance & Non‑Conformance in the project
- Liaise between clients, authorities and subcontractors
- Perform site surveying and prepare documents for site checklist
- Liaise with relevant authority for execution of works
- Provide guidance to supervisor in relation to site works, ensure progress according to schedule
