- Rich hands‑on engineering experience
- Extensive overseas project experience; willing to travel and accept occasional 1–2 months overseas assignments
- Strong overall large‑scale project management capability
- Excellent communication skills
- Hardworking and able to quickly adapt to any new work environment
- Face difficulties head‑on, never retreat, never give up, relentless
- Fluent in English
- Chemical / E&I / Mechancial background preferred
- On‑site execution agility: hands‑on experience in site supervision, material take‑offs, RFI handling, and subcontractor coordination. Comfortable with extended hours during commissioning.
- Technical documentation: proficient in P&ID/GA reviews, equipment datasheets, progress tracking (Gantt, S-curves), and punch list closure. Basic AutoCAD knowledge a plus.
