Job Descriptions:
- Monitor daily activities, site progress, schedule and safety on site
- Carry out administrative works and other duties as required by Employer
- Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
- Highlight feedback site progress to Employer.
- Writing method statements and working procedures and assure contractor followed on site.
- Prepare lists of defects, monitor the progress of rectification works and ensure all the defects are satisfactorily rectified.
- To ensure all the construction works have complied statutory requirements.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
