Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics.
- Own the technical scope of utility‑scale PV and BESS projects, including component specification, design validation, system integration planning, and technical risk management.
- Drive and oversee technical reviews of engineering deliverables and supplier documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, applicable standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and support RFQ/RFP processes, including preparation of technical specifications, scope of works, design criteria, technical clarifications, and evaluation of EPC, BOS/BOP contractors, and key equipment suppliers.
