This Regional position extends beyond project administration and coordination, requiring technical expertise, hands-on execution experience, and strong decision-making skills to ensure projects are properly engineered, effectively supervised, risk-assessed, technically validated, and fully prepared for successful startup and execution. Responsibilities Participate from the early stages in defining the technical scope, objectives, deliverables, success criteria, risks, and business requirements.
