Project Engineer - Molding (2 year contract)

BD is looking for an experienced molding engineer.

• Develop new injection molding processes using scientific molding principles.
• Lead IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities for new machines.
• Troubleshoot molding processes to mitigate production defects and improve efficiency during validation.
• Participate in design review of new tooling and equipment with external and internal teams.
• Participate in project progress review meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare complete and accurate records/documentation of project activities per the quality system and validation guidelines.
• Develop and leverage product knowledge to ensure critical Quality Attributes (CQTs) are consistently met.
• Establish a standardized set of procedures for handover to the production team.
