Project Engineer - Molding (2 year contract)

Job Summary

BD is looking for an experienced molding engineer.

Responsibilities

1. Develop new injection molding processes using scientific molding principles.
2. Lead IQ/OQ/PQ validation activities for new machines.
3. Troubleshoot molding processes to mitigate production defects and improve efficiency during validation.
4. Participate in design review of new tooling and equipment with external and internal teams.
5. Participate in project progress review meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.
6. Prepare complete and accurate records/documentation of project activities per the quality system and validation guidelines.
7. Develop and leverage product knowledge to ensure critical Quality Attributes (CQTs) are consistently met.
8. Establish a standardized set of procedures for handover to the production team.
