Role Overview
We are looking for an M&E Project Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of building services projects (Mechanical & Electrical), manage subcontractors and in-house technicians, and support business development activities such as tendering, proposals and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute and deliver M&E projects from kickoff to handover, including scheduling, manpower planning and coordination with consultants, main contractors and clients.
- Manage and supervise subcontractors and in-house technicians, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring workmanship meets specifications and standards.
- Oversee site coordination, installation works, testing & commissioning (T&C), troubleshooting and rectification.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, drawings, method statements, codes and standards; conduct inspections and implement QA/QC checks.
