Job Description:

• Support in project coordinator and smooth progress of works
• Identify defects and follow up on QA/QC matters.
• Provide regular project management reports for Work in Progress (WIP) review.
• Coordinate and manage activities of the vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
• Conduct regular site walks and manage work schedules to ensure smooth progress and timely delivery of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques.
• Gather necessary resources to ensure the overall progression of works and follow up on meetings with respective parties to ensure the schedule of works is delivered to achieve expectations.
