Project Engineer (H/F) (Mexicali)

Reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for meeting production program requirements through the implementation of manufacturing methods and processes. Defines production standards, labor needs, production flow, plant layout, and ensures optimal utilization of equipment, tools, and materials to maximize resource efficiency.

• Overall project management for machinery, line improvements, and new product introductions
• Reviews line capacity against customer demand requirements
• Evaluates equipment for new production lines
• Reviews process documentation
• Initiates innovation and new technology projects
• Creates plant layouts
• Reviews part numbers for system entry
• Analyzes and tracks performance objectives (equipment improvement)
• Analyzes, evaluates, and designs machinery
• Executes project objectives and deliverables
• Monitors and tracks project timelines
