Main Responsibilities:
Assume full ownership of the development program and test samples (vehicle and test parts)
Establish and define vehicle brake targets and specifications within the target book
Ensure target fulfillment for all project milestones, implementing corrective actions if required
Execute rigorous project risk assessment and develop, if necessary, robust countermeasure proposal
Ensure test procedures are applied with precision in accordance with project requirements
Conduct regular customer meetings to communicate project status, address critical concerns, and maintain stakeholder confidence
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and project record
Manage supplier, ensuring fulfillment of customers' requirements
