Project Engineer - Facade Structural

The Project Engineer - Facade Structural role requires knowledge of facade systems technology with a focus on glazing engineering analysis and design, as well as design skills utilizing aluminum and other cladding materials/components. In addition, familiarity with the façade interface and the primary structure is helpful.Key Responsibilities:Perform structural calculations for glazing systems and other cladding systems for commercial/residential constructionConduct Field Reviews to confirm general compliance of the installation at project sites, with corresponding reportsReview and seal shop drawings and detailsInvestigate facade system performance problems in the fieldLiaise with clients, other consultants, contractors, building officials and suppliers as requiredBe involved in and attend Association events/meetingsExecute a scope of work within a defined budget.Work with clients to get change orders approved.Manage client needs and understand their organizations needs as a whole.Def...
