About the role

  • Promote compliance with quality controls during the execution of construction works.
  • Review daily reports, contribute to weekly and monthly reports on the physical progress of electrical and instrumentation discipline activities.
  • Carry out the review and validation of specific work procedures.
  • Review contractor’s progress, quantity validations, and track performance against contractual obligations.
  • Validate change notices, LEMs, and scope variances.
  • Review Contractor’s schedules, resourcing against project baseline and implement mitigation measures as needed.
  • Answer RFIs from Contractors, and coordinate with Vancouver Engineering team and vendors for clarification where required.
  • Ensure IFC drawings, details, and vendor information are packaged for contractors in advance of work commencing.
