Job Description Summary: We are establishing a Greenfield manufacturing facility at Tlaxcala in Mexico.
This will be the flagship facility in line with Industry 4.0 with state‐of‐the‐art advanced automation and digitization.
To deliver this, we are hiring a highly competent and motivated professional who will support the design and implementation of the new production processes & facility, as well as act as the local SME for startup, stabilization, and ongoing operations.
The Project Engineer will lead the design, procurement, installation, and startup of processing equipment for new manufacturing facilities.
The role works in close partnership with cross‐functional teams, OEM suppliers, and integral subject matter experts to deliver capital projects from concept through commissioning and stabilization.
Upon completion, the role supports performance optimization, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
