Project Engineer - civil substation (Dewa approved)

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the execution of civil works for HV/EHV substation projects from initiation to completion.
• Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with DEWA standards, approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor site construction activities, resources, subcontractors, and material deliveries.
• Review project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, DEWA authorities, subcontractors, and internal departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• DEWA Approved Engineer certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 7–12 years of experience in civil construction and project management of HV/EHV substations in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of DEWA regulations, specifications, and approval procedures.
