:Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Project Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Perth, Australia.
Key responsibilities:
Planning of engineering activities in conjunction with the Project Manager, system and subsystem design teams
Engineering management, delivery, and change management
Design review and management
Engineering status reporting incl. risk reviews
Technical approvals and configuration management
Systems engineering
Ensuring all activities undertaken are conducted with due regard to a high level of continuous improvement
