Project engineer assembly operations (Mexicali)

We are QST Solutions , formerly Wabash Technologies de México , a manufacturing company based in Mexicali specializing in automotive electronic components and sensing technologies. Our operations focus on the manufacturing of speed, position, and magnetic sensor solutions used in the automotive industry worldwide.

The Project Engineer will manage projects involving new product introductions, process change management, KPI improvements, standard cost updates for materials and assumed overhead, and use project management tools such as APQP, Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. The role involves early project involvement, resource definition and management, execution of planned work, progress tracking, corrective actions, documentation and reporting, delivering all project deliverables, and managing customer portals, capacity studies, and project maintenance.
