Key Responsibilities
- Support deployment and implementation of AI infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate technical activities between customers, distributors, vendors, and engineering teams.
- Assist in designing AI computing solutions involving GPU servers, storage, networking, and cooling systems.
- Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Prepare technical proposals, system architecture diagrams, and deployment documentation.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, and technical deliverables.
- Coordinate factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT).
- Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
- Work with global technology partners and OEM manufacturers.
- Ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Provide post-deployment technical support and project follow-up.
