Project Director (Project Based)

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering. A Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred for enterprise-level roles.
• Experience: 10+ years in project or program management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale, complex IT projects.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) is required or strongly preferred. Program Management Professional (PgMP) or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of system administration, network management, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Ability to lead diverse teams, communicate with stakeholders/executives, and drive strategic initiatives.
