Responsibilities
- Fiber Infrastructure Delivery & Customer Solutions
- Engage with colocation, hyperscale, and enterprise customers to understand fiber connectivity requirements and translate them into technical delivery solutions.
- Design, scope, and manage end-to-end fiber infrastructure projects across the data center campus, including inter-building, intra-hall, and meet‑me room (MMR) connectivity.
- Coordinate with sales, pre‑sales engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate fiber solution proposals and delivery timelines.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, labeling, and testing of structured fiber cabling systems (single‑mode and multi‑mode, OS2, OM3/OM4/OM5).
- Manage third‑party fiber installation vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with data center standards and SLAs.
