The Project Director will be responsible for the overall leadership, planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise projects on behalf of the client. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsible for overall management, coordination ensuring compliance with the contract and liaison with senior management of client. Lead the detailed design task team.
