As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Project Director to join our Datacenter team in Spain.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading our design and build datacenter projects, with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance.
Responsibilities
- Strategic project management: defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracts)
- Team coordination and leadership: structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
- Operational monitoring and reporting: overseeing project progress (schedule, budget, risks) in collaboration with the PMO, and feeding into steering committees
