Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Manage project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
- Monitor project progress, conduct regular site reviews, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contracts, variation orders, claims, and commercial matters to ensure project profitability.
