Project Director - Industrial Buildings & Datacenter

As part of our growth and organizational development around major Datacenter & industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Project Director to join our team in Spain.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading our design & build datacenter projects, with full accountability for the project’s technical, financial, and contractual performance.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Strategic project management : defining objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implementing management frameworks (quality plans, organization, contracts)
• Team coordination and leadership : structuring the project team, defining roles and responsibilities, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment
