The Project Director is accountable for the quality and execution of major construction projects. Responsibilities
Identify and pursue business development opportunities that bring in new projects. Lead bid proposal responses to clients, coordinating with marketing and other team members. Develop, manage, and maintain client, consultant, and trade relationships during pre‑construction. Negotiate contracts in accordance with established processes and master project schedules. Ensure all pre‑construction planning activities are delivered to the satisfaction of the organization and the client. Execute project strategy at all times and secure the project against scope, schedule, and profitability targets.
