As part of our Buildings division, the Project Director will develop and construct a portfolio of work to help Canada improve its future in National Defence. Reporting to the District Manager, the role is ideal for an experienced construction professional who has delivered complex ICI projects from start to finish. Your Role

Deliver ICI projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage contracts and budgets, oversee resources, costs, and compliance with contract terms. Build stakeholder relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners. Guide project teams, set performance metrics, provide oversight, and ensure operational excellence.
