Project Development Officer

Ayala Land Offices, Inc. is looking for a Project Development Officer.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Overall project management and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and business goals are achieved.
• Conduct financial feasibilities, valuations, and market analysis for real estate office developments.
• Assist in overall project management of office developments.
• Monitors project budgets, deliverables and timelines from planning, construction up to project completion.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, updates and reports for management and external parties.
• Performs other business and project related functions.
• Coordinate with various departments in preparations of plans and timely submission of pertinent documents.
• Obtains relevant permits, licenses and clearances for the project.
