In terms Land acquisition a PD Manager is expected to:
Prepare feasibility study to ensure best use and maximum earnings for ALCO, study should cover
- market research
- competitive analysis
- financial analysis
- Be able to do financial modelling based on feasibility study
- Provide recommendation for negotiation position
In terms of Inventory Build and Project Launch
- Create a master schedule with the team to ensure timely launches
- Research and update market intelligence in terms of competition performance, market and industry trends
