Project Development Manager

AyalaLand Offices, Inc. is looking for a Project Development Manager

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead and manage all phases of office development projects from inception to completion.
• Liase with architects, engineers, contractors, and other specialists to develop project designs and specifications.
• Conduct market research in the retail office department, and analyze feasibility studies and project proposals to determine viability and ROI.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, forecast financial performance, and ensure compliance with financial controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Management Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are advantageous.
