Responsibilities
Disciplined Analysis and Documentation – Work with Business Partners, Business Sponsor/Lead(s), Technology partners, Stakeholder groups, and project team members, to assess and document the current state and to formulate a target state and roadmap. Present detailed business requirements and process flows aligned with CIBC’s strategy and ensure all required artifacts are socialized and approved within required timelines. As assigned, participate in User acceptance and business implementation activities.
Strong Collaboration and Decision Support – Lead activities to help internal partners make informed and timely decisions related to scope, requirements, technology, organization, cost, schedule etc. Motivate and inspire your project teams as you work toward a common goal and successful outcomes. Build ongoing partnerships with clients and business partners.
