Project Cost Accounting Officer

Project Cost Accounting Officer performs the following functions:

• Monitors construction costs for all business units of Robinsons Land Corporatio
• Ascertain completeness of recorded costs as compared to the actual progress of the project
• Ensure accuracy of cost allocations to various components for integrated/mixed-use development

Qualification

• A graduate of a Finance-related degree program; Accountancy degree would be an advanta
• With at least three (3) years of working experience in accounting or cost accounting (cost analysis and budget management); but the role is also open to fresh graduates who would like to gain experience on cost accounti
• Experience in monitoring project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost varianc es
• Knowledge on project accounting methodologies and financial reporti ng
• Proficient in accounting software/s (SAP preferre d)
