Project Coordinator (Transformation Office)

Work Arrangement: The role will follow US business hours aligned to Boise, Idaho (Mountain Time), working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which corresponds to 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM Manila time, Monday to Friday. The role is expected to operate from the Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig office.

Executive Summary:

The Project Coordinator / Business Analyst provides operational, analytical, and coordination support for cross-functional initiatives by managing meetings, documentation, reporting, and project tools in alignment with US business hours. The role supports the Transformation Office and key stakeholders by ensuring consistent execution, accurate project tracking, and clear and consistent data visibility.
