About the role

The Project Coordinator / Research Nurse/Registered Nurse (RN3) – Tiny Baby Initiative is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and operational delivery of clinical research activities supporting the MICRO Premi Research Study and the Tiny Baby Unit (TBU) Model of Care. This role is central to:

  • Establishing and maintaining a prospective cohort of extremely preterm infants

  • Ensuring high-quality data collection, regulatory compliance, and protocol adherence

  • Supporting integration of research into clinical practice within a high-reliability neonatal care model

    • The position contributes directly to achieving the study’s goal of improving survival and longterm outcomes for infants born extremely preterm. We are looking to fill this position on a maximum term basis until February 2030.


    Salary range: $70.58 - $76.63 per hour  and+
