Responsibilities
- Coordinate and Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.
- Coordinate with sub contractors for all project matters
- Communicate with clients and manage their expectations
- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate project closeout activities, including final inspections, documentation, and handover of completed projects to clients.
- Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team
- Ensure all safety regulations are observed at all work sites
- Ad-hoc duties
- Experience in site co-ordination and project management
- Interior Design / Carpentry / Joinery knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision needed
