ZE Power Engineering is an innovative industry leading company that provides engineering services to the electric utility industry. We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator who would be responsible for controlling project budgets, coordinating project deliverables with the engineering team, and applying techniques to forecast project expenses to avoid project overspend. The successful candidate will be able to take ownership of the assigned projects and ensure the deliverables are on schedule and the project is on budget.

Responsibilities

• Set up project details in Unanet and SharePoint, including budgets, team assignments, and activities.
• Develop project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Create and review budgeted hours, activity lists, and deliverable timelines in Excel with the Project Manager before project launch.
