Job Role: Project Coordinator
Smart Build originated over 20 years ago as a painting company that transitioned into a renovation company.
We have done some major projects like multi-family Residential Apartment Complexes, Condominium Associations, Retail Buildings, Office Spaces, and more. We have done more than 1000 units.
We are looking for a team member with multifamily renovation experience who can work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and is looking to grow. Previous experience with apartment upgrades is a plus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning and Scheduling**:
- Create detailed project schedules and timelines.
- Ensure all team members and stakeholders are informed of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to meet project objectives and changing conditions.
