- Support project planning teams in developing and updating schedules, including activity sequencing, construction logic, and productivity norms.
- Assist site teams with schedule updates, progress tracking, coordination, and reporting.
- Monitor construction progress against approved schedules and highlight deviations, risks, and delays.
- Act as a coordination interface between engineering, planning, procurement, subcontracting, and construction teams.
- Support procurement activities by coordinating with approved equipment manufacturers and vendors.
- Prepare RFQs for permanent materials and subcontract packages with integrated technical and commercial inputs.
- Assist in subcontractor identification, technical evaluation, commercial comparison, and finalization in coordination with project and procurement teams.
- Coordinate technical clarifications, documentation submissions, and approvals with vendors and subcontractors.
