- Engineering graduate from any domain.
- Strong written and oral communication in English & Tamil.
- Customer handling experience in any domain.
- Adequate knowledge of web design & development.
- Technical knowledge of HTML, WordPress, websites, PHP, web/mobile applications.
- Experience using Google Docs, Sheets and CRM.
- Previous experience handling teams diverse in different locations is an advantage.
- Experience with any project management tool is an advantage.
