As a Project Coordinator working in the Building team at Pomerleau, you will collaborate with the project team to coordinate all activities related to the project. Working on large‑scale projects – ranging from $1.5 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will have the opportunity to solve various technical problems and communicate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Assist the project team with coordination and project support.
- Maintain, review, and follow up shop drawings, RFI’s, material purchase orders, change notice quotes, and project completion documents.
- Effectively collect, review, and analyze project quotes with emphasis on obtaining the best prices in the market.
- Assemble, attend, document, and emphasize the importance of project meetings.
- Demonstrate leadership in Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on the project.
