Exciting new opportunity for RIC Coordinators to join our Telecommunications Division

About the Role

The role is responsible for supporting company activities during build & upgrade phases. Complete 3G, 4G & 5G activities, from New Integrations, Upgrades and reconfigurations across all Vendors being used by our clientsThe RIC Coordinator will be required manage site outages and assist field teams in site lock/unlocks. Additionally, they will be required to prepare HOPs (Handover Packs) for site acceptance, making suggestions for ongoing process improvement where required.Key Responsibilities

Reporting to RIC Manager

Troubleshooting RAN and MME problems

Troubleshooting Transmission, Antenna Line Device problems

Support the Integration of Nokia, Ericsson & Huawei Equipment

EnodeB status and handling Alarm analysis and clearance
