**YOUR ROLE**
The **Project Coordinator**on our team shall be responsible to oversee the coordination of automotive-related projects, assisting the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring all project lifecycle phases.
This includes collaborating with various internal teams, ensuring that deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and the overall quality of the project is maintained.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for communication between departments, tracking project progress, preparing reports, and identifying potential risks and issues early on.
In your daily job you will:
- Create and maintain project schedules, facilitate reviews, document and track action items, develop/ audit/ maintain project records as required.
- Track/maintain/audit a risks, issues, escalations and action items.
- Support metrics gathering and project reporting (e.g. flawless launch metrics, ISO, etc.)
