Project Coordinator

Job Summary

TYLin is a globally recognized, full‑service infrastructure consulting firm. The Project Coordinator will support engineers and engineering teams by providing comprehensive administrative and operational assistance throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating project activities, tracking schedules and deliverables, and ensuring effective communication among cross‑functional stakeholders. This role will be reporting onsite from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design Representation and Oversight
  • Represent ESDC in day‑to‑day coordination with CSC and PMC.
  • Provide regular updates, briefings, and recommendations to the PM.
• Coordination and Communication Management
  • Participate in coordination meetings (weekly, monthly, and special sessions).
