Position Name: Project Coordinator (Services). Immediate Superior: Operations Head.
Job Summary
The position is responsible for handling on-site operational aspects of a contract with clients and secure its execution in a manner that optimizes time, safety, and profitability. Contracts are specifically for the cleaning, renovation or repair of façade buildings of any height.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the team allocated to the project on-site.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting conditions and progress of the project on-site to the office.
- Direct and daily on-site supervision of day-to-day activities of the Rope Access Technicians and other staff.
- Personally contribute to the execution of day-to-day activities.
