Solectra is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of commercial and industrial solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities between engineering, procurement, and site execution teams.
Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.
Follow up on material procurement and site deliveries.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in project meetings and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
Monitor project progress and escalate delays or risks when necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
