Be a key player at Chemelex as a Project Coordinator for EPC projects. Assist with overall project support, procurement, and analysis of project data.
In this specialized role, you will provide dedicated support to the Project Management team across a variety of tasks, from material management to detailed reporting. Your ability to coordinate with accounting and manage subcontractor operations will be essential. A technical background in electrical heat tracing systems is a plus for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Vendor Managed Inventory for maintenance
• Coordinate work orders for invoicing accuracy
• Maintain Bills of Materials accurately within systems
• Lead change order development from inception to completion
• Analyze project data and generate progress reports
